Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the team to achieve performance targets and tasks assigned by the company;
  2. Implement corporate marketing strategies, set sales targets and performance evaluation plans for subordinates, and supervise regional execution;
  3. Responsible for tendering and market access at regional and higher levels, ensuring full product inclusion;
  4. Develop staffing plans for the region and assist with team recruitment;
  5. Enforce distributor management policies and oversee the signing of distribution agreements in the region;
  6. Formulate and execute plans for developing new markets and clients;
  7. Supervise and review all expenses of subordinate staff;
  8. Actively coordinate with the Marketing Department, provide market feedback, and propose suggestions.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Laboratory Medicine, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Business Administration, or related fields;
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ sales and management experience in IVD, pharmaceuticals, or related industries;
  3. Hardworking, dedicated, with a pioneering mindset, strong communication skills, and excellent sales capabilities.
Regional / Area Sales Manager Nationwide Multiple
Main Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales targets and complete assigned tasks;
  2. Establish and maintain distributor channels within the territory;
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with end users in the region;
  4. Manage all bidding and tendering processes in the assigned area;
  5. Collect and report market information, propose suggestions, and implement product marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  1. College degree or above in Medicine, Laboratory Medicine, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or related fields;
  2. At least 2 years of sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industries; experience with IVD products is preferred;
  3. Proactive, resilient under pressure, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
