Serum (containing ApoE)+ reagent (anti-human ApoE antibody) -- antigen antibody complex, insoluble immune complex makes the reaction liquid produce turbidity, the absorbance is measured by photometer at the wavelength of 340nm, representing turbidity degree, turbidity level reflects the content of ApoE in serum samples, the latter can be read by calibration curve of calibrated serum.
